Landscape & Irrigation Takeoff Specialist (Remote)
We are a commercial landscape construction company based in the U.S. Pacific Northwest seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support our estimating team. You will work on projects such as schools, parks, office buildings, retail centers, apartment complexes, and public spaces.
What You’ll Do:
Review and interpret landscape and irrigation construction drawings (blueprints)
Perform quantity takeoffs (plants, trees, irrigation components, etc.)
Measure areas and calculate soil and material volumes
Enter and organize data in spreadsheets
Support the estimating team with accurate information
Requirements:
Experience reading and interpreting construction blueprints (architectural, civil, structural, or MEP) is required
Experience with at least one of the following software is required: AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer and Excel skills
Reliable, independent, and a quick learner
Ability to think critically and solve problems without constant supervision
Position Details:
$8 USD per hour (starting)
40 hours per week (full-time)
Weekly pay
Bonus for each project awarded
60-day performance trial period
Paid holidays after 6 months
1 week paid vacation after 1 year
Remote (work from home)
Basic training provided
Long-term opportunity based on performance

This role requires someone who can learn quickly, think independently, and be intuitive when reviewing plans. If you do not have experience interpreting construction blueprints, please do not apply.
