Requirements:
- Signed contract
- Minimum 1 month, depending on dates.
- Sign rules of condominium coexistence
- 2 valid official identifications
- Signed promissory note (will be destroyed when vacating the apartment)
- Rent payment 1 month in advance + the equivalent of 1 month's deposit. Deposit is fully returned upon vacating the property, as long as the property is received in the same condition as when entered.
- All communication must be made through the craigslist messaging system. Once contact has been made by these means, and a scheduled visit has been made to see the property, a telephone number will be provided in person only.
- We only show from Monday to Sunday from 8am to 5pm, by appointment.
