LP Gas: 10 liters per month. Any excess will be paid by the guest. 4. WiFi and LAN Internet: Unlimited GB usage per month. For stays of less than one month, limits will be prorated based on the length of stay.

- 3 bedrooms, each with an HD LCD TV with remote control and antenna connection, receiving 30 DTT (Digital Terrestrial Television) channels. One TV includes a Roku Stick. Each bedroom has a work desk and chair, as well as a large closet. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed + 1 single bunk bed. Bedroom 3: 1 double bed. Blackout curtains. 1 hair dryer. 1 portable travel cot. Mirrors. Sheets, pillows, and blankets are NOT included.

- Fully equipped and furnished living room, including an elliptical trainer and sofa bed. The sofa bed area has a double curtain system for added privacy, allowing it to be converted into a fourth space, like an "additional bedroom."

Requirements:
- Signed contract
- Minimum 1 month, depending on dates.
- Sign rules of condominium coexistence
- 2 valid official identifications
- Signed promissory note (will be destroyed when vacating the apartment)
- Rent payment 1 month in advance + the equivalent of 1 month's deposit. Deposit is fully returned upon vacating the property, as long as the property is received in the same condition as when entered.
- All communication must be made through the craigslist messaging system. Once contact has been made by these means, and a scheduled visit has been made to see the property, a telephone number will be provided in person only.
- We only show from Monday to Sunday from 8am to 5pm, by appointment.
